Honored to receive Second Place Award at the Cape Ann Plein Air Competition 2017. “Motif Number One” is located in Rockport, MA and earned it’s name by being one of the top subjects of the celebrated Cape Ann artists and of visiting artists over the years. In my opinion, Cape Ann is one of the top plein air events for subject matter and is quickly becoming one of the top events in all respects. Many thanks to judge Marc Hanson and to all of the staff and volunteers from the Cape Ann Plein Air Festival.
